RicoSystems Analytics collects anonymous website usage data on behalf of our clients. Our analytics script uses first-party cookies (rs_visitor_id and rs_session_id) containing randomly generated identifiers to distinguish unique visitors and sessions. No personally identifiable information is stored in these cookies.
Data collected includes: page views, click events, scroll depth, device type, browser, screen resolution, timezone, referrer URL, and general geographic region derived from IP address. IP addresses are not stored.
Data collected through our tracking script is used solely to provide analytics insights to our clients. This includes pageviews, click tracking, scroll depth, device type, browser, and referrer information.
Analytics data is retained for the duration of the client's subscription and may be deleted upon request.
We use Supabase for data storage and Stripe for payment processing. Each has their own privacy policies governing their services.
